What's your opinion on the Grand Theft Auto series?

Parasyte: I think they're fun, but I'd never actually do any of that stuff.

I guess I can understand the escape video games provide to some people, but to me it seems really grotesque. I have never played the game. I have not played most video games. I have no interest. I have only heard about most of the game is "stealing" cars and "killing" cops so you can "win" prostitutes? doesn't sound like a fun way to relax, personally.

Of course you would never do that stuff, you're not a total sociopath. It's fun of course, but anyone that did that shit for real would need serious help.

Too much violence. Not really my kind of game.

I think it's a fun fusion of games. It features a pretty decent (or almost-comic, depending on which game you're looking at) driving element, and the shooter portion is definitely there, although you're usually on the business end of the firing squad. I always enjoyed the comedy of the game, such as the Dodo car, radio talk stations, and various items scattered around the world.

I like it. I recently tried GTA4 and it wasn't as good as I thought it would be, but it's still a good game. Vice City is still my favorite GTA game.

I love playing a game where I can do just about anything I want. Get up, go kill some gangsters, take over a 'hood, etc. It's wonderful. If that video game didn't exist I might look to the real world to satisfy those urges so I am thankful that the game exists.

They are fun games, but not the best games.

I love the series. It's easily my favorite series of all time.

GTA: Vice City was definitely the peak of the series, IMHO.

Loved Vice City and San Andreas, I haven't played the rest but I've heard IV was lackluster.
