It depends on their medical condition. If a problem develops then they will be asked to sit a competency test, basically a resit of their driving test to see if they are still fit for the road. That's what happens in the UK anyway. |

They dont take a license away because a person is a certain age at all. I agree, most should not drive that are. But it depends on the situation. A lot of times someones children will take it away from them. Or a doctor would recommend that they dont. And if they dont comply they can contact the patients family or the DMV. But in theory, a person 110 can drive if they have no reason not to. |
