You could try Audacity. It's not good for making your voice sound better, but it does have a bunch of effects, and it's free. |

Mixing and Mastering is without a doubt ProTools. It's the industry standard across the board and is without equal according to many. Of course, ProTools costs more than most cars, so good luck with that one. |
