Do you prefer desktops or laptops?

I've always been a desktop person my whole life until I got into laptops 3 years ago with wireless internet. Now I don't think I can ever go back. I just love being able to grab my laptop and bring it anywhere I want, especially laying in bed surfing the internet. Very relaxing. Plus I use it to play music every time I'm in the shower (although I know that's killing it!).

Laptops are definitely what I prefer due to convenience and portability. It feels nice to lie down in bed and just surf the web in a position other than sitting upright in a chair. Desktops due tend to have better hardware though. :P

I'm pretty sure laptops have advanced to the point where they are equal to, or almost equal to desktops, hardware-wise.

That being said; I definitely prefer laptops. The portability and wireless internet are perfect for me, as I'm always on the go. I also have an external harddrive that I connect my laptop to when I'm home for extra storage space.

Laptops all the way. My HP laptop never leaves my side. A desktop couldn't do that.

	I wish I would have known that before I bought my Dell laptop in 2006. :( But oh well, I'll be buying an HP laptop soon. Dells have way too many problems.

I like the portability of laptops, but the power of desktops is nice as well.

I've never had a desktop. I love laptops way too much. And with recent leaps in processing power for laptops, there's really no reason to have a desktop.
