What is better, Myspace or Facebook?

My opinion is one based on the fact that I have used both of them in the past. I started out on myspace in high school when facebook wasn't even around. I started using facebook when I went to college as that was a prerequisite back then to register for their website.

I definitely have to side for facebook though. Myspace is choppy, buggy, spammy, and lets music play on their site without even letting you control it. Facebook is clean, non-spammy, non-buggy and overall I have a better feeling of connectivity with my friends. I have to vote for facebook.

I'm voting facebook. Less random friend requests, and your privacy settings are better. And nothing is cluttered

Voting Facebook as well. A lot cleaner over all and easier to navigate, but it also has the spammy little apps if you enjoy that type of thing.

I don't think anyone seriously considers Myspace a better social-networking site than Facebook. However, Myspace remains a great place to check out new music and for small bands to gain recognition, an area that Facebook does not really accommodate for.

The general user rate of Myspace users seems to be higher than that of Facebook users, at least in terms of just setting up a site for others to get a feel for your attitude and personality, something Facebook doesn't communicate as well.
I prefer Facebook for it's clean, professional appeal, though, and use it more as a social networking site than I would Myspace.

I use myspace because facebook takes too much bandwidth(or too much loading time either one) and my internet connection it about 54kps so uhh.. yeah.

I was also upset at the fact that facebook stopped being exclusive to schools and colleges..

Facebook is so much better than myspace. I haven't used myspace in so long I forget what email and password I used. I think myspace might die out and facebook will completley take over.

I recently deleted my MySpace but my Facebook is still around. So I'd have to say Facebook.

But I'm not much for social networking sites.

MySpace is moribund at best. Not that I really care that much for either one.
