That's probably unlikely, to be honest. I imagine it has more to do with how much fat your body is storing than how "healthy" you actually are. When your body isn't getting the calories it needs to survive, it breaks down your body fat for sustenance instead.

This is true moonrise but calorie intake has little to do with hydration. I have also heard it's only three days w/o water & seven days w/o food. The food part may depend on the BMI (body mass index) but I agree with parasyte fat will never save you over health.

My bad your right... I've heard of a "water fast" where people can go at least a week on water alone... I like to call h2o, Earth Juice...

I should try that sometime. God would my stomach ever hurt though.

I's SOOOOO good for your body. People should try to do it at least once a year.

I myself haven't made it more than a day but it hasn't been too much of a concern because I try to eat mostly live foods anyways...
