It depends on the person. If you're healthy, then I've heard you can go for weeks without food if you drink enough water.

So I would say NO MORE than 5 days MAX w/o water, but the healthiest people fast (no solids) for weeks to flush the toxins from the inner workings of the body.

That's probably unlikely, to be honest. I imagine it has more to do with how much fat your body is storing than how "healthy" you actually are. When your body isn't getting the calories it needs to survive, it breaks down your body fat for sustenance instead.
