In the event that a person was invisible, would that person have a shadow?

If truly invisible then no, because visibility is nothing more than light reflecting off/absorbing into a person. If they're invisible, then the light will go straight through them as if they aren't there.

Theoretical invisibility cloaks could work to "bend" light so that photons go around the object instead of bouncing off it. In that case (as in the case Moonrise described), I think no shadow would be produced.
