Sometimes. It depends on the question. Usually, if I'm asking something 'cause I need to know it, then no. But if I'm asking to try and increase activity, yes.

I do rate my own questions, because I think they are decent questions. I tend to rate a lot of questions, because I like to see all the questions get answered.

Others have some really great questions that I like to answer. I did have a question not to long ago that was only answered by two members, and thought people would of responded on the subject a lot. So...Yes.

I don't tend to pay attention to ratings either to be honest.

I rate my own questions (few as they are) because it helps out the site in terms of activity and most sites with a rate function usually start you off with 1 rate anyways.
