What's some good software for the mac?

Nate: I recently purchased a mac (after being a Windows user for over 10 years) and have to say that, in just the small amount of time I've had mine, I'm a converted user and wont be looking at Windows systems ever again. Unfortunately, not all of my Windows programs are applicable to the mac universe.

So with that said, what's some good software out for a mac that I'd be interested in?

I'm not sure if it's exclusive for the Mac, but you can download FrameByFrame from the Mac website, if you like to animate live action.

Now, I'm not a Mac user at all, but I can help a bit with this.

You of course want to get whatever Adobe Suite fits you best. Another good program would be CSSEdit for your styling needs. Espresso seems to be a pretty decent web editor too.

VLC Media Player would also be a decent add as well.

The new macs will run windows so anything that runs on windows runs on a mac, well maybe LOL.. Macs are generally more business use.. creative arts and things like that. Though the interface has always been years ahead of anything Redmond is even considering. Beta testing Win7 has been as close to Mac OS9 meanwhile Mac is into OSX.?

Close to Mac OS9 as in...what, exactly? I'm using Windows 7 and it runs as well as any Mac OS I've ever seen.
