What is the legal window tint percent allowed in Pennsylvania? |

Generally it depends on what windows your tinting, but I think that the nationally accepted values are 5/40 (rear/front (not windshield)). |

In general, and as former police officer, I can say this: if a cop cannot see in to the front seats, the windows are too heavily tinted. Not only will you get a ticket, but now you have an edgy and nervous person with a gun scrutinizing you. |
