Should extinct animals be resurrected, recreated?felixthecat: Scientists sat that someday in the nearer future, that animals such as mammoths, woolly rhinos and others may be "resurrected" from old DNA. Some say that this is unethical, for when an animal goes extinct, it should stay extinct. Usually their best argument is that "man should not be playing god". |

In the case of the Woolly Mammoth, no. Because Mammoths are supposed to live entirely in cold. Because of global warming, it wouldn't be the best for Mr. Mammoth. |
