Yeah. Stevie in Malcolm in the Middle had only one lung. That's not the best example, but it's something.

My grandfather had one lung removed. He was able to live, though he died a couple months later. However, he was already old, weakened by cancer, and he caught a bad flu. It wasn't just the one lung. >.>

Oh yeah, there's lots of people who have had a lung surgically removed. Cancer patients, for example, will sometimes have part or an entire lung removed. If you mean just one lung popped however, no you can't live with 1 lung popped even if the other is intact and functioning.

I had my left lung removed, and it has only been six months, but I'm not dead... Yet. :)
