What are the best board games?

Hard to say, personal preference comes into play. I personally prefer Trouble or Monopoly. Both oldies but goodies, Although Trouble was significantly less tedious xD.

I love monopoly. Congruently I'm usually the only one in a game who doesn't give up in frustration 3 hours into the game.

Oh wow, that's dedication. I'm the softie throwing all my hard earned pay to the bank after an hour and a half xD.

My favorite game was always Stratego. It taught you how to use strategy, tactics, and common sense. The down side of the game was it also taught you about war and combat.

Settlers of Catan. I really like chess and go.

Settlers of Catan is a great game!

Chess for sure.

Risk, Twister, Rack-o, Taboo is by far my favorite though, great for interaction with close friends

Oh yeah, Risk is another favourite of mine. I can play it for hours.

Agreed, Apples to Apples is an amazing game for adults with dirty minds. Soooo much fun!

I love Chess. Strategy games are my favorite and Chess is the king of strategy.
