Chronic insanity is a term used in a recent study regarding the results of a specific genetic defect caused by repeated inbreeding withing a given population. This newly identified disorder was labelled "Chronic Genetic Insanity". In this particular study, the transmission of the defective gene triggered severe mental illness and schizophrenic psychopathy. The main characteristic traits observed were a lack of empathy and remorse, egocentricity, deceptiveness, uncontrollable aggressiveness, hypocrisy, and obvious greed and cowardice.

Roger Martin's answer is correct but incomplete. Indeed, the Wikileaks document regarding this specific genetic disorder clearly identifies the Ashkenazi Jews from Europe as the population related to this particular study. While it is true that Israel's Jews are mostly from the Ashkenazi Jewish tribes of Europe, it does not follow (as some observers argued) that this study explains the aggressive behavior of the Zionist regime. Unfortunately, this question is now under serious investigation.

As stated by Mr. Roger Martin above, "chronic genetic insanity" refers to a specific genetic defect usually caused by repeated inbreeding within a given population. Then, Mr. Albert Chomsky identifies the Ashkenazi Jews. Indeed, this information is well documented in this leaked secret research project. This study also includes a specific research constraint: centuries of inbreeding. Ashkenazi Jews from both Europe and Israel were selected.
