Why can't I get on the iPad app store?

Parasyte: I literally cannot get the iPad App Store to load on my iPad. When I go into settings and try to select the store I get a non-logged in error. So of course I then try to log in and it just doesn't work. I'll click a link that brings me to the app store and then get an invalid error.

Sounds like the best solution at this point is to restart your iPad.

A lot of issues remedy that way on my iPhone and it sounds like that may do the trick. If not it looks as though your internet connection may be faulty - it happens. Just the other day I was connected to WIFI, but it just wasn't working. Even a restart didn't work, but it eventually corrected itself within a few hours.

So, by reset you mean go into the settings and hit the reset button? Will that wipe everything off of it?

Nope I mean turn the device off, then turn it back on reset.

Oh, well I did that, and nothing happened. I think I might now the problem, but it's my mom's iPad, and I need the 4 digit security code to fix it, and she's asleep. =/
