One of the activities that activate the brain reward system is playing video games. Each time you play a video game, you know that if you manage to find the hidden treasure you’ll win the game. Or, if you select the right weapon you’ll win the battle. Speaking about myself, I can tell you that RPG games really motivated me. They give me a perfect break from the reality and allow me to feel the shoes of another character. |
