GexTheLizard: Lots of reasons, really. Spam-bots, people who only want to ask one question, or people who think they'll use the account and don't. I hardly notice people until they actually post things personally.

GexTheLizard: Oh yeah, there's lots of people who have had a lung surgically removed. Cancer patients, for example, will sometimes have part or an entire lung removed. If you mean just one lung popped however, no you can't live with 1 lung popped even if the other is intact and functioning.
